Educational Goals are broad whereas Educational objectives are narrow.
Educational Goals are general intentions; Educational objectives are precise.
Educational Goals are intangible; Educational objectives are tangible.
Educational Goals are abstract; Educational objectives are concrete.
Educational Goals can't be validated as is; Educational objectives can be validated.

Philosophy in education helps to find answer for questions as what education is and what its purpose is, the philosophy in education is the study of the purpose, process, nature and ideals of education. What makes  subject teacher different from another? It is merely a difference in their educational philosophy that differentiates them in the eyes of their students.
