Dear Open mind Friend

I use to suffer when ever I try to use only my past experiences and close my mind to it.  I believe that the following write up will help me to come out of this.

Limiting Ourselves In Comfort Zones

We are basically unlimited beings. But we limit ourselves in many comfort zones. We have a lot of conditioning's which, in reality, are mental.

Some mosquitoes were put in a box and they kept jumping a lot. The box was covered from the top and each time they jumped they hit the top of the box, and when they jumped too close to the right or the left they hit the sides of the box. Slowly, to avoid harming themselves, they learned to jump just under the cover and without reaching the sides of the box. One day all the four sides of the box were opened. The mosquitoes were free, but they kept on jumping as far as the limit they had learned. The physical limits were no longer there. But they had become conditioned mentally.

The same thing happens to us. We have to open the sides of the box and take off the top, or we can continue to live inside the box created by our own mind.

Given below are some conditioning's under which we work, because of which we do not experience complete freedom.

* Beliefs, acquired since our childhood, which limit us.  (Including the Religious One according to our level of our understandings)  because all the religious teachings are expressed only to achieve the highest goal.
* The negative images of low self esteem that we have created of ourselves.
* The damaging thoughts of doubt, which does not let the highway of trust to build up inside ourselves and does not allow the creative energy of positivity to flow from inside us to the outside.
* The fear of failure or not being to able to succeed completely.

A lot of times the fear exists due to past experiences of failure or not having succeeded as much as you would have liked.

We need to become aware of what our pattern of thoughts is, which brings us under the negative influence of mental conditioning's. When that happens, we will be able to become free of these conditioning's. While we do not become aware, we will continue to remain under its influence.

10 Health Benefits of Eggs

1. Eggs are great for the eyes. According to one study, an egg a day may prevent mascular degeneraton due to the carotenoid content, specifically lutein and zeaxanthin. Both nutrients are more readily available to our bodies from eggs than from other sources.

2. In another study, researchers found that people who eat eggs every day lower their risk of developing cataracts, also because of the lutein and zeaxanthin in eggs.

3. One egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein and all 9 essential amino acids.

4. According to a study by the Harvard School of Public Health, there is no significant link between egg consumption and heart disease. In fact, according to one study, regular consumption of eggs may help prevent blood clots, stroke, and heart attacks.

5. They are a good source of choline. One egg yolk has about 300 micrograms of choline. Choline is an important nutrient that helps regulate the brain, nervous system, and cardiovascular system.

6. They contain the right kind of fat. One egg contains just 5 grams of fat and only 1.5 grams of that is saturated fat.

7. New research shows that, contrary to previous belief, moderate consumption of eggs does not have a negative impact on cholesterol. In fact, recent studies have shown that regular consumption of two eggs per day does not affect a person's lipid profile and may, in fact, improve it. Research suggests that it is saturated fat that raises cholesterol rather than dietary cholesterol.

8. Eggs are one of the only foods that contain naturally occurring vitamin D.

9. Eggs may prevent breast cancer. In one study, women who consumed at least 6 eggs per week lowered their risk of breast cancer by 44%.

10. Eggs promote healthy hair and nails because of their high sulphur content and wide array of vitamins and minerals. Many people find their hair growing faster after adding eggs to their diet, especially if they were previously deficient in foods containing sulphur or B12.

How to develop Gratitude?

If you look around the world, you will realize that the design of nature is so perfect. Everything functions meticulously in your favour and yet, you complain when you lack minor things. This craving for what you do not have is ingratitude.

Think about the number of years you have been arrogating various provisions. If you were to pay for these provisions, it would add upto several digits. The law of gravity is maintained perfectly. The Ozone layer in the ionosphere is designed to prevent ultraviolet rays. Oxygen is heavier than all other gases so it remains on the ground for us to breathe, and all other poisonous gases rise into the atmosphere. Who is responsible for this? There seems to be an unseen benefactor. You need to be grateful to the unseen provider!

Further, imagine if you were to set up a family on the moon, do you realize the number of things you would have to take care of like water, the atmospheric condition, and millions of other designs of nature?

We take many things for granted because they are already taken care of, and yet, we are ungrateful for all the provisions.

If you examine your life within you, you find so many things that can go wrong, but they are maintained ingeniously. Therefore, when your mind desires something that you do not have, count the blessings and focus on those things that you already have.

You have to be aware of your provisions and your provider. Thereafter, you develop an attitude of gratitude. Devotion to GOD is essence in this attitude of gratitude. Marcus Aurelius recommended the technique to Think of what you have rather than what you lack. Of the things you have, select the best and then reflect how eagerly you would have sought them, if you did not have them

Always learn to enjoy the GOD Gifted short life, before we realize that it was too late!

Thru my friend...

Dear Gratitude's person,

Greetings,

It is very easy to pronounce the positive and negative but it is very heard to pass the Gratitude by heart.

Any how we can try to develop the same by remembering Mother Nature.

How to develop Gratitude?

If we look around the world, we will realize that the design of nature is so perfect.
Everything functions meticulously in our favour and yet, we complain when we lack minor things. This craving for what we do not have is ingratitude.

Think about the number of years we have been arrogating various provisions. If we were to pay for these provisions, it would add upto several digits.

We need to be grateful to the unseen
provider!

Further, imagine if we were to set up a family on the moon, do we realize the number of things we would have to take care of like water, the atmospheric condition, and millions of other designs of nature provided in our earth?

We take many things for granted because they are already taken care of, and yet, we are ungrateful for all the provisions.

If we examine our life within our self, we find so many things that can go wrong, but they are maintained ingeniously. Therefore, when our mind desires something that we do not have,
Count the blessings and focus on those things that we already have.

We have to be aware of our provisions and our provider. Thereafter, we develop an attitude of gratitude. Devotion to GOD is essence in this attitude of gratitude.

Marcus Aurelius recommended the technique
to “Think of what you have rather than what you lack. Of the things you have, select the best and then reflect how eagerly you would have sought them, if you did not have them”
Always learn to enjoy the Mother Nature/Ultimate/GOD Gifted short life, before we realize that it is too late!

20th November 2012

                                                            Article

                                                     20th November 2012

Hello friends today I have completed my 1 year journey at www.gice.in. In this one year I have learned lots of things from the senior members THANKS TO GICE FOR GIVING SUCH A WONDERFUL PLATFORM

Counseling a student is more competitive and challenging job.

The Counseling Service provides:

·         Admission counseling is the first and most important step leading to a proper gateway to career counseling.

·         Parents and students lack specialized knowledge about the options available.

·         Provides you the clarification of all queries with regards to admission procedure, syllabus, specialization, internship, scholarship, placement, fee structure so on…..

My Experience says, many students need career counseling, Students when pass their graduation examinations they face too much confusion about the selection of their further studies and in selecting colleges.

I suggest students to visit a campus before taking the admissions is a good idea, because seeing believes... It gives you the idea whether the institute fulfills all the parameters or not. “A good MBA institute teaches you how to think, cross functional competence, functional domain knowledge and team work,”

"Some of the important factors students must keep in mind while choosing a B- school are: the school`s reputation, faculty, curriculum, placements, fees, infrastructure and location.
A over all development of students, helps them to become excellent manager. An excellent manager is one who is expert in decision making and adding asset to his company.
I have come across; many students are only concerned with infrastructure and placement record of college. I agree an excellent infrastructure the classrooms provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions. They have been designed to bring together analysis with action and are augmented by well equipped facilities. The air-conditioning in the classrooms creates the right atmosphere for long hours of learning. If a student expecting more than this, then I say it’s worthless, none of the companies ask you how big is your college, how big is your campus during interview, they only concerned whether your profile suits the requirement.

Off course a college should help in internship and placement of student, in -fact Internships and volunteer experiences make candidates more competitive in the job market.  I really suggest students, non of the colleges can place you in company with average package of 15lakh to 20lakhs p/a, without proper training, proper grooming, so students please join a college who is expert in giving quality of education. When you expect package of 15lakh to 20lakh, just think are you going to provide double income, to your company? Are you going to add asset to your company? Can you earn profit to your company? Have you ever sat and thought, the salary what I am expecting, will I be able to add double profit to my company?

Baba Ranchoddas sahi kehte the ... baccha kabil bano kabil ... kamyabi to sali jhak maar ke peeche aayegi.

As it right said preach what you practice, here in GICE, we train students according to the demand of corporate. We always groom students to take up challenges, consider every challenge you take make as an asset. Unless you don’t accept the challenges of the corporate world, you can’t feel the exhilaration of victory.

Success follows those who follow the Truth

That is the law. If your motive in life is to seek material wealth alone, success will elude you. However, if you pursue the higher aspect, the Truth, in and through all your worldly activities such as your business, profession, politics, sport, knowledge or love, success will be your shadow. It is said Knock the door; it shall be opened unto you. That is, knock at the door of a higher purpose and everything else will open for you.

Prosperity is a by-product of your progress in the path of higher and nobler values. Modern generation may not realize this vital law of life. To them this may seem a paradox. They are tempted to violate this unrelenting law and take short cut due to the temptation towards the instant benefit.

Taking short cut may bring short term pleasure, but they pay long term penalty. Reflect over this law and realize the essence of true satisfaction.

Pleasant moment of love beyond immagination

Pleasant memories of love beyond imagination,
in the cloudy weather, under the dazzling rain,
running was a train, bullock carts on the side,
running on and on enjoying the rain.
Colorful flowers big and small, spreading fragrance,
all around, sun rising slowly to make the area warm.
Singing enchanting birds,at the twigs and branches,
adding to the beauty of field so green,
at the well under the trees, beautiful girls,
with pitchers waiting to fetch the water.
Happily gossiping with smiles on faces,
filled with joy and charms.
The village reminding, love stories of the past.
Heer  and Ranjha, Sohni and Mahiwal,
they lived in love, departed with love,
still remembered far and beyond.

Benefits Of Drinking Warm Lemon Water

The way you start each day is incredibly important. Whether you're a mom, a coach, a writer, a small business owner or a yoga teacher, what you do first thing in the morning matters. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, choices that you make regarding your daily routine either build up resistance to disease or tear it down. Ayurveda invites us to get a jump-start on the day by focusing on morning rituals that work to align the body with nature's rhythms, balance the doshas and foster self-esteem alongside self-discipline. Your mind may say you have to check emails, take the dog out, get the kids out the door, that you can't be late for work or that you just don't have enough time to cultivate your own morning rituals. But, if you can only make time for one ritual that will improve your health, let it be this..... Start the day out with a mug of warm water and the juice of half a lemon. It's so simple and the benefits are just too good to ignore. Warm water with lemon:

1. Boosts you're immune system

Lemons are high in Vitamin C and potassium. Vitamin C is great for fighting colds and potassium stimulates brain & nerve function and helps control blood pressure.

2. Balances pH

Lemons are an incredibly alkaline food, believe it or not. Yes, they are acidic on their own, but inside our bodies they're alkaline (the citric acid does not create acidity in the body once metabolized). As you wellness warriors know, an alkaline body is really the key to good health.

3. Helps with weight loss

Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger cravings. It also has been shown that people who maintain a more alkaline diet lose weight faster. And, my experience is that when I start the day off right, it's easier to make the best choices for myself the rest of the day.

4. Aids digestion

The warm water serves to stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and peristalsis—the waves of muscle contractions within the intestinal walls that keep things moving. Lemons and limes are also high in minerals and vitamins and help loosen AMA, or toxins, in the digestive tract.

5. Acts as a gentle, natural diuretic

Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted materials because lemons increase the rate of urination in the body. Toxins are, therefore, released at a faster rate which helps keep your urinary tract healthy.

6. Clears skin

The vitamin C helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes. Lemon water purges toxins from the blood which helps keep skin clear as well.

7. Hydrates the lymph system

This cup of goodness helps start the day on a hydrated note, which helps prevent dehydration (obviously) and adrenal fatigue. When your body is dehydrated, or deeply dehydrated (adrenal fatigue) it can't perform all of it's proper functions, which leads to toxic buildup, stress, constipation, and the list goes on. Your adrenals happen to be two small glands that sit on top of your kidneys, and along with your thyroid, create energy. They also secrete important hormones, including aldosterone. Aldosterone is a hormone secreted by your adrenals that regulates water levels and the concentration of minerals, like sodium, in your body, helping you stay hydrated. Your adrenals are also responsible for regulating your stress response. So, the bottom line is that you really don't want to mess with a deep state of dehydration!

Adopting just this one practice of drinking a cup of warm water with lemon in the morning for a month can radically alter your experience of the day. Don't be surprised if you begin to view mornings in a new light.

Like I said, the recipe is really simple - a cup of warm (not hot) water and the juice from half a lemon.

The story with a revised moral

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.

At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. with each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up. As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up!

Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.

Live simply and appreciate what you have.

Give more.

Expect less

NOW .................................

Enough of that rubbish . . . The donkey later came back, and bit the farmer who had tried to bury him.

The gash from the bite got infected and the farmer eventually died in agony from septic shock.

The new moral :

When you do something wrong, and try to cover it up, it always comes back to bite you. you.

Ten Point Program for happy Family

1. Avoid the next quarrel: Never lose temper at the same time. Don't let the sun set on your quarrels (Never prolong fights if at all started). It is OK to say "I am sorry"

2. Do not expect perfection from your spouse: Marriage is coming together of two imperfect beings. Don't expect wife or husband to like this or that, accept them as they are.

3. Be a Good Listener: Think before speaking, it is a good idea to weigh before you speak. You are master of unspoken words but slave of spoken words. Better than listening from ear is listening through mind (with attention) and better than that is listening from heart.

4. Be a good forgiver: Some people forgive but they keep the memory alive or they forgive conditionally. Forgiveness should be complete and unconditional.

5. Grow in the spirit of humility: Be humble. Egos bring arrogance which divide and separate people.

6. Learn the art of appreciation: We all like to be appreciated. Always appreciate in front of others. Never criticize in a company of friends and relatives, you will get opportunities in privacy.

7. Do not argue: Winning love and friendship is far greater than winning an argument. It is OK to discuss with a open mind. Learn to win love and affection rather than arguments.

8. Develop healthy sense of humor: Learn to laugh and be cheerful. It is a great tonic for healthy living and being accepted by friends. It is important to laugh with others and NOT at others.

9. Always lend a helpful hand: You will win over if you have this attitude of offering a helpful hand with or without asking.

10. Bring GOD back into your home: This is one of the most important one. Have a common time for prayers. It brings families together. Families that pray together stays together.
