As I leave the office, I would like to extend a thank you to the people I work with and have worked with during my three years at this company. Working here has never seemed like work, everyday was fun learning and exploring new things.

I have really enjoyed my journey in this company and will cherish these days forever. Thanks for all the support and encouragement given by my managers and colleagues.

"Life is all about moving ahead" I believe this, but i wish to always keep in touch with you guys.

When you're feeling completely overwhelmed,
and you know that you'll never get it all done,
relax.

Though your frenzied, hurried actions May generate a lot of activity,
they probably won't create much lasting value If they're done in haste.
You can relax right now, no matter how urgent your deadlines seem to be.
There's no need to save your relaxation
For the weekend, or a vacation, or retirement -
-
Experience the benefits today.

Being uptight and anxious
Will not make you any more effective.
Being calm and focused will.
You can only give your full attention
To one thing at a time.
To pretend otherwise is a waste of effort.
Relax.

Use your energy to achieve rather than to fight.
Stop worrying and start to calmly work through
What needs to be done.
Relax.

When you're enjoying the ride, you'll get to where you want to go.

THERE IS NO SUCCESS WITHOUT HARDSHIP

The world is so constructed that
If you wish to enjoy its pleasures,
You must also endure its pains.
Like it or not,
You cannot have one without the other.

Success is not measured by what you accomplish.
It's measured by the opposition you encounter,
And the courage with which you maintain
Your struggle against the odds.

You'll find all things are difficult
Before they are easy.

The greater your obstacles,
The more glory in overcoming them.
So, make up your mind before you start
That sacrifice is part of the package.

No pain, no gain;
No thorns, no throne;

You've got to go through the negative
Before you get to the positive.

Failure is a normal

Failure is a normal and natural part of achievement.
When the failures come, learn from them and then move quickly along.
Failure is not the worst thing that can happen.
The worst thing that can happen is to let the fear of failure
prevent you from ever doing anything.

If your top priority is to avoid all failure, then you will surely fail.
For only by accepting and living with the possibility of failure
can you succeed and achieve.
Failure is not the end of the world. It is merely another step on the
pathway to fulfillment, wisdom and achievement.

Though you would never intentionally set out to fail, when failure
does come the best thing to do is to gracefully accept what has happened.
That will enable you to gain the most positive value from it.

Then you can move right along to the next step,
and soon you'll be a long way past the failure,
filled with more wisdom and experience. Let failure be,
and achievement will surely come.

Sugar boondi

Boondi is prepared with besan/gram flour.
The batter made with besan is passed through a perforated spatula before hitting the oil.
It forms small balls. The deep fried boondi is then coated with sugar syrup for sugar boondi.
Makes: around 2 Cups of Sugar Boondi.

Ingredients:

Besan/ Senagapindi 1 Cup
Water 3/4 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Currants a Handful

Method of preparation:

In a mixing bowl, mix besan and water together
into smooth batter without any lumps.

Heat oil in a wok on medium high heat.
Use a perforated big spatula to shield the oil.
Pour the batter onto the perforated big spatula to fill it up.

Make sure to very slightly tap the perforated spoon to let the
batter fall through the holes and into the oil.
Stop when the wok is filled with boondi.
Let the boondi fry and turn a light golden in color.
With help of a skimmer, remove the fried boondi onto
absorbent paper before they turn brown.
Repeat the process until all the besan batter is finished.

Prepare the sugar syrup by heating sugar and around half cup of water
on medium high flame.
Let the sugar completely melt in the water and turn into syrup.
The syrup is done when its thick and forms a thin thread when
pressed between fingers.
Remove the sugar syrup from heat, add cardamom powder.
You can also test the syrup by taking a tbsp of it into a bowl and
seeing how it turns out when it cools down.
Drop all the boondi into the syrup along with currants and let it
the sugar syrup coat all the boondi.
Mix thoroughly and the boondi helps cools down the syrup completely
and syrup starts to turn white.
Store sugar boondi in a tight jar and serve when necessary.
Notes: Make sure not to over fry the boondi.

Suggestions:
Make sure besan batter is on thicker side rather than on thinner side.
If the syrup doesn’t crystallize, make sure to heat the sugar syrup for little longer.

HAPPINESS

Happiness is a state of mind;
It sparkles when the world is kind.
But sometimes sorrow enters in,
And spoils the joys that are within.

Each of us has his day
When all the world looks dark and gray;
But when we know that God’s about.
We’ll have no more fear or doubt.

Happiness can be a little thing
That makes us glad and want to sing;
It can come in mighty form,
To keep our life forever warm.

Everyone needs Someone

People need people and friends need friends
And we all need love for a full life depends

Not on vast riches or great acclaim,
Not on success or on worldy fame,

But just in knowing that someone cares
And holds us close in their thoughts and prayers-

For only the knowledge that we're understood
Makes everyday living feel wonderfully good,

And we rob ourselves of life's greatest need
When we "lock up our hearts" and fail to heed

The outstretched hand reaching to find
A kindred spirit whose heart and mind

Are lonely and longing to somehow share
Our joys and sorrows and to make us aware

That life's completeness and richness depends
On the things we share with our loved ones
and friends.

Handling criticism

Rather than trying to avoid criticism, expert performers welcome it. They seek out coaches and advisors who can give them constructive, sometimes even painful feedback. They then use this feedback as a guide for steady improvement.

Here are some steps you can take to handle criticism effectively:

1. Acknowledge Your Error -

Acknowledging a mistake is not the same as acknowledging that you are an inferior person/a failure. If you believe the criticism is accurate, take full responsibility. Dont blame something or someone else and dont make excuses. If appropriate, offer a diplomatic apology: Im sorry that my actions led to that result. It certainly was not my intention. Again, if appropriate, ask for suggestions on how you can improve your performance the next time.

2. Take Corrective Action

 - After you ve heard the other person out completely, and listened to any suggestions for improvement, state/communicate your eagerness to improve in the future. If appropriate, describe any actions you will take at his time to counterbalance your previous error.

3. Acknowledge the other persons motive

Thank the other person for the feedback and make sure to state how valuable you consider it. This demonstrates your ability to use criticism as a way to improve an essential quality of a leader. In addition, let the other person know that you are open to receiving his or her feedback in the future.

Even when you dont care for the style in which criticism is presented, be thankful that the other person is willing to give you feedback, and along with it, an opportunity to improve.

HOW TO STOP NAIL BITING

You must have often seen students biting their nails before exams, actors doing it at back stage, or degree holders doing it before going for the interview. Nail biting is a decision taken unconsciously out of nervousness, excitement or anxiety. However If not controlled then in no time it develops into a habit.

Why would any one want to stop this habit?

*

# The chief reason is that we all want to have long, beautiful and well shaped nails which we can show off. These kinds of nails a nail biter surely can't afford.
# It damages ones personality also. Imagine that on a date a girl out of nervousness starts biting her nails. That will obviously give a bad impression to the boy.
The germs and dirt settled under the nails goes into the mouth during the activity of biting nails which earns a bad health for one.

Quiting the habit of nail biting is not a tough job. With little bit of self control and determination any of us can do it.

    * First start from setting short term period for which you will not bite your nails. 3days, a week, decide according to your will power.
    * Don't forget to give your self a reward when you complete this goal. This reward can be anything like buying your self nail paint or some accessory. However, if you don't finish your goal then give yourself a tight slap or punish yourself buy reducing your shopping dates for that month. Rewarding will temp you to quit this habit and punishing will make you not wanting to bite your nails again.
    * There are people who are found to be wearing gloves all day long so that they can prevent themselves from biting nails. You can also try this in initial stage and then after some days check whether you can do without the gloves also. Wearing gloves for some days won't prove to be a bad investment if it helps you get rid of this habit.
    * Are mouth hates to accept things that are not liked by are taste buds. That gives you one more chance to quit this habit. Apply non toxic gels on your nails. The bad taste of the gel will not let you bite your nails again. Don't forget to make sure that you purchase a non toxic gel only that will be safe both for your and your nails health.
    * We should not forget that habit are always decision taken by are unconscious mind so the best thing is to let your sub conscious know that you want to leave this habit. Every day before going to bed say 10 times loudly that you don't want to bite your nails again. Let your sub-conscious listen to it and in not time you will find yourself free from this habit.

Challenges

There isn't a single person in the world that hasn't
Had to struggle with something or overcome
Difficulties at some point in life.  We all face
Challenges and adversity.

At this very moment you may be facing one, whether
They're related to money, health , children, family
Or careers.  It is all part of being alive.

Recognize that obstacles are just part of your
Journey.  Don't let them stop you and never give up.
Instead, think of them as milestones that once
Passed will bring you closer to your goals.

Remember that with every challenge passed, you are a
Little stronger, a little wiser and more prepared for
The rest of your journey.

09 Steps to Achieve Your GOAL...

1 Define your goal

The first step is to define your goal. Perhaps you've always dreamt about running a race or learning a new language? Maybe you're determined to seek a promotion or you simply want to shed a few kilos. Consider everything. What would you do if you had more time? What would you like to accomplish in the future? What do you regret about the past? In the words of motivational speaker Les Brown , "Your goals are the road maps that guide you and show you what is possible for your life." Whatever you choose, make sure your goal is specific, achievable and tangible.

2 Set your deadline

A goal without a deadline can be forever postponed, so set a deadline and aim to be as realistic as possible. If your goal is to lose a certain amount of weight for example, count on losing 2 pounds (around one kilo) per week. If you have your eye on that promotion, think about when your next appraisal is scheduled or another opportunity when you will have the chance to shine. Diana Scharf Hunt, author of The Tao of Time (Fireside), summed it up perfectly by saying, "Goals are dreams with deadlines."

3 Identify your purpose

True motivation comes from understanding your underlying purpose, so think about what that is. Ensure your goal is something that you really want and not what others want you to do. Ensure also, that the goal you have set is in line with your overall purpose. If your purpose is to get fit, then a weight-loss goal may not be in line with this - it is possible to be slim, but still be unfit. Instead, it should rather be, "To achieve the same fitness levels I had when I was 20".

4 Recognise the benefits

Determine, and better still, write down, the benefits you expect to enjoy from reaching your goal. Ask yourself what you will achieve from conquering your goal? Defining the benefits will help you to overcome moments of weakness. Evaluate these carefully and your goals will become much more attainable and your motivation increased. Lucy Mackintosh, NLP Coach and founder of The Law of Attraction Group in Dubai  says, "Write them on post-it notes and stick them on the fridge, in the car, on a mirror; by never losing sight of the benefits of success, your goal will remain at the forefront of your mind which will only strengthen your resolve."

5 Instill self-belief

You must believe your goal is achievable; unless you believe you can 100 per cent reach it, you will have no true motivation. Those who think they can and those who think they can't are both right; the power of positive thinking knows no end. According to Carolyn Mitchell, NLP Life Coach and owner of Blue Sky Life Coaching , "Affirmations are an excellent tool to promote self-belief and assure ourselves of positive outcomes. Begin with fast forwarding to the time when you have achieved your goal. Learn what it feels like [in your mind] to experience what the success of achieving your goal means to you. Feel it or see it for yourself. Once you have learned what success feels like, you simply can't unlearn' it. By writing, reading and re-experiencing those feelings of success over and over again you are essentially telling yourself what you want by believing that you already have it."

6 Spot the Obstacles

Now identify your potential obstacles. When suddenly faced with obstacles it can be difficult to remain focused and energetic. They can sap your energy, time and enthusiasm. What may hinder your progress? Old habits die hard and current mindsets can be difficult to shift, but identifying the obstacles will prepare you for the road ahead - forewarned is forearmed after all. "Be perfectly honest with yourself," says Carolyn, "this is the only way to identify all the possible problem areas. And only when you identify these can you develop strategies to minimise them."

7 Seek the Solutions

Think about how you can overcome these obstacles. What in your life needs changing? This is your opportunity to plan your strategies for handling the setbacks. If you consider each obstacle, one by one, you can easily identify a suitable solution; this may mean a change to your usual routine, enlisting the support of a friend or family member or a change to your current mindset. "If you can't find the solution yourself then ask someone who has achieved a similar goal how they did it" says Lucy, "or imagine you are sitting with a role model, a top athlete, for example. Ask them what to do and then put yourself in their shoes and give the advice they would give."

8 practise visualisation

Take time to imagine that you have achieved your goal. What is it like? How do you feel? Excited? Exuberant? How has your life changed? How does it look, feel or sound? Capture that moment in your head and never lose sight of it. Try to make your vision so clear that you can perceive it with all five senses. The clearer the image in your mind, the easier it is to manifest into reality or in the words of Napoleon Hill, author of Think & Grow Rich (Ballantine Books), "What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve."

9 Create your action plan

Create a step-by-step action plan detailing exactly what you need to do to achieve the goal. Remember in step one we identified that goals are the road maps that guide you? Well think of your action plan as the specific directions to get you to your destination, via the quickest and easiest route possible. Depending on the nature of your goal, identify any major milestones necessary to achieve it, then break down each milestone into specific tasks or steps. Sometimes just knowing where to start is hard, in which case enlist the support of others, be it friends, colleagues or a support group. Be prepared to journal the process. Writing things down helps to collate our thoughts, handle potholes and identify and deal with weaknesses. Strive to make progress every day. Every single day. And tell everyone you know about your goal - accountability is a great way to ensure that you do what needs to be done.

Happiness

It is the art of living, the purpose of our existence.
Happiness is the true index of quality of life.

Without happiness, life is dry and meaningless.
With happiness, life immediately becomes fulfilling and wonderful.
Happiness is an infectious feeling that immediately
lifts the sagging spirits of people.

Happy people keep themselves happy because they know the little ways to
appreciate themselves and to see the humour and magic in each moment.

Positive power

You have the power to achieve the best.
Allow it.

You have a purpose that comes directly from your authentic
Essence. Accept it, acknowledge it, explore it, and allow it
To flow into every corner of your world.

Striving and fighting only hold you back. Now it is time to
Live every moment with the positive power you know you have.

Now is the time to love and to fulfill the beauty that you
Know can be. Now you can let authentic life flow.

The problems hold you back only because you see them as
Problems. Now it is time to see every circumstance as the
Opportunity that it is.

Every desire, every hope, every longing is already fulfilled
By your possibilities. Now is the time to live them fully.

The World Is Your Mirror

The World Is Your Mirror
The good you find in others, is in you too.
The faults you find in others, are your faults as well.
After all, to recognize something you must know it.
The possibilities you see in others,
are possible for you as well.
The beauty you see around you, is your beauty.
The world around you is a reflection, a mirror
showing you the person you are.
To change your world, you must change yourself.
See the best in others, and you will be your best.
Give to others, and you will give to yourself.
Appreciate beauty, and you will be beautiful.
Admire creativity, and you will be creative.
Love, and you will be loved.
Seek to understand, and you will be understood.
Listen, and your voice will be heard.
Teach, and you will learn.

Creative Energy

Worry is a misuse of your amazing creative energy. Think of
What would happen if instead of wasting it on worry, you
Used all that creative energy to imagine positive outcomes
In your life.

There is no limit to what you can imagine, and there are no
Restrictions on the kinds of things you can imagine. Your
Imagination is filled with precisely the things you choose
To imagine.

If you have nothing better to imagine, it can be much too
Easy to imagine all sorts of disastrous scenarios. But it
Doesn't have to be that way.

With just a little bit of initiative you can plant positive
And empowering seeds in your imagination. And in the fertile
Realm of your powerful imagination, those seeds will grow
Ever stronger in their beneficial influence.

Even a negative experience can set off a positive chain of
Thoughts in your imagination, when you so choose. It's
Really just as easy and realistic to imagine solving a
Problem as it is to worry about being overwhelmed by that
Problem.

When you feel worry coming on, always remember that you have
Another choice. As long as you're imagining elaborate
Scenarios, you might as well imagine the very best.

Keep Your Goals Clear

When you can clearly see where you're going,
you greatly improve your chances of getting there.
The more clearly you can visualize your goals,
the more likely you are to reach them.

Pursuing a vaguely defined objective is like traveling through a thick fog.
It's slow and difficult to make any progress,
and even when you arrive you may not know you're there.
Yet when your goals are clear, specific, and filled with rich detail,
all kinds of great opportunities for moving toward them
will continue to come into view.

Your progress will be swift and sure, and you'll enjoy increasingly
abundant rewards as you draw closer to them.
If you're putting forth the effort to get somewhere, take the time to
determine exactly where it is, what it will look like, and how it will be.
Get clear on your goals, and you'll find plenty of ways to achieve them.

Keep your goals clearly in sight by reminding yourself of them on a continuing basis.
Experience them often in your own mind, and you'll soon be experiencing them
in the reality of the outer world.

Rise above the fog of fuzzy wishes, and make your intentions clear and specific.
That will point you solidly toward wherever you want to go.

ONE THOUGHT AWAY

You are one thought away from being supremely and
Authentically confident. You are one thought away from
Stepping powerfully, effectively and decisively in the
Direction of your dreams.

With just one positive, empowering thought, you can turn
Toward achievement, toward excellence, toward discipline and
Commitment. From nothing more than a thought that resonates
With your true purpose, you can change your perception of
The whole world.

Reach into the place within, where you nurture your vision
Of the very best life you can imagine. With all you have,
With all you are, feel the beautiful reality of that vision.

And know that whatever you can imagine, whatever you can
Feel, you can create. In fact, it already exists within you.

Feel within yourself the reality of life as you know it can
Be. Then, with your words, your actions, your priorities and
Commitments, with your focus and discipline, express that
Beautiful, meaningful value.

In every moment, in every circumstance, through every
Challenge, let that immense value flow out from you. It is
Never more than just one thought away.

Be Thankful

Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don't know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you're tired and weary
Because it means you've made a difference.

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.

A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
Also thankful for the setbacks.

GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.

Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
And they can become your blessing.

Smile at Life

No matter what else you have or do not have, you have the
Beautiful experience of life. No matter what may have
Happened before, or what might come next, you have this
Moment.

Now is when you can make it count. Now is when you are
Connected with unbounded opportunities to make a positive
Difference.

Don't waste your time complaining about what you lack or
Worrying about what you might lose. Invest the best of what
You have in this moment to create new value.

If you choose to be annoyed or resentful, you'll only drag
Yourself down. Instead, challenge yourself to be more
Positive and effective than you've ever been, right now.

Smile at life, even when life has not smiled at you first.
Be the first one to initiate goodness, and you'll be the
First one to benefit from that goodness.

You are here, and there is nothing to fear. Count your
Blessings, and before you're finished counting you'll have
Even more.

20 Tips for Lose Weight..

1. Have you tried to give up sugar and havent succeeded? Instead of forbidding yourself certain foods - just eat less of them. If you must have sugar in your tea, cut it down from two spoons to one.

2. Ever notice how if you eat when you're ravenous, you tend to overeat? So try eating more regularly, even if it means more frequently. Eat an average of 5 small meals a day, instead of 2 or 3 large ones, where you stuff yourself.

3. Be conscious about what you eat. Keep a food diary and note down everything you eat. You may be shocked at the results.

4. Eat or snack only on the dinner table, not on the couch in front of your television. Once you make a policy out of this, you'll cut down on snacks tremendously. Don't get too comfortable while eating. Its always better to eat on the go. Always sit straight on the chair.

5. Make rules for yourself. If you experience cravings, give yourself ten minutes before you attack the refrigerator. In most cases, the craving would just die down and you'd walk away.

7. When you decide to finally attack your weight problem, you want it gone by the weekend. But realise that that is just not a realistic approach. Buy a cup or two and eat it when the mood strikes.

12. When you reach for the refrigerator, stop and question yourself. Are you just bored or are you really hungry? In most of the cases the answer will be the former.

14. Buy clothes a size smaller and work towards fitting into them.

15. Don't beat yourself up or lose heart just because you've slipped up a few times. You need to keep a positive outlook and keep encouraging yourself.

16. Visualise how you will look without those extra kilograms.

17. Take up yoga.

18. Find new and different ways to measure how far you've come. Don't just stick to the weighing scale. Scout around in your cupboard and try on old clothes that are big for you're excellent motivation.

19. Find a partner to work out with or to support you. Enlist the help of a friend and go for activities that don't involve snacking. Take up tennis, go cycling don't just meet friends over lunch or dinner.

20. Get motivated. No one is going to lose your weight for you. You're going to have to do it all by yourself, and if the motivation doesn't come from within you, no amount of friends and family pushing you to lose weight is going to help.

Things You Didn't Know About Coconuts Did You Know...

That coconuts are one of the wonder foods on earth that amply provides for all human needs? They can even save your life!

Few people (even fewer doctors) understand how important the coconut is to stabilizing blood sugar; lowering cholesterol; healing; hydration; and even replacing blood plasma in an emergency.

Referred to as kalpa vriksha (Sanskrit for "the tree that supplies all that is needed to live") in ancient India, the coconut palm has been recognized as a top immune booster, antifungal, antibiotic, antiviral and antibacterial remedy for thousands of years all over the world. Yet, it has only been recently that modern researchers have begun to fully discover the massive health benefits this amazing fruit seed offers.

To give just one example of coconuts' live-saving properties, they were used extensively in the Pacific during World War II. Since blood plasma supplies were scarce, it was very common for medics to siphon pure coconut water from young coconuts to be used as emergency plasma transfusions for soldiers who were injured. Since coconut water is nearly identical to human blood, it was suitable for people of all blood types.

Because of its strong antioxidant properties, the coconut can be used to:
==> Lower cholesterol
==> Improve digestion
==> Ward off wrinkles
==> Stabilize glucose levels
==> Fight off viruses
==> Build cells
==> Regulate hormones
==> Increase thyroid production
==> Lose weight
==> Increase metabolism
==> Fight infections
==> Stave off memory loss
==> Kill bacteria
==> And more!

Considered one of the most treasured foods of all time, coconut products -- including coconut flesh, coconut water, coconut oil, and coconut cream -- each deliver superb health benefits.

Coconut oil, for instance, is considered the best and safest oil to use for cooking -- even superior to extra virgin olive oil when it comes to giving the body what it needs for optimum health. Unlike other fats and oils that we typically use for cooking and baking, coconut oil does not form polymerized oils or dangerous Trans fatty acids in our bodies, which can raise our cholesterol levels; clog our arteries and even make our skin sag and wrinkle. Plus, this ultra-safe oil can give your body important antioxidants that can help build stronger cells and improve your overall health and well being.

Here are a few ways that you can use coconut products to stave off disease and to recapture the look and feeling of youth:

Coconut Water - The coconut is a natural water filter. It takes almost 9 months for a coconut to filter every quart of water stored within its shell. This makes the resulting coconut water completely pure and sterile, which is one reason why it can be used for blood transfusions.

Another benefit of coconut water is the fact that it has the highest concentration of electrolytes than anything else found in nature. This makes it an excellent source of hydration.

Coconut Oil - In addition to being superior for cooking and baking, coconut oil also makes a superb topical oil that can help to naturally rid the skin of dangerous toxins. It also gives the skin the perfect mix of hydration and antioxidants that it needs to stay healthy, smooth and younger-looking longer.

Another great benefit of coconut oil is in protecting your teeth from the bacteria that can cause cavities and disease. Simply rubbing a little fresh coconut oil on your gums and teeth can keep them stronger and healthier than virtually any other dental treatment.

Most people don't realize that coconut oil can actually help you lose weight! Yes, simply changing your cooking oil from the unsaturated fat variety to coconut oil can help you lose those extra pounds. Here's why: Unsaturated fats found in canola, corn and other vegetables oils, as well as margarine suppress the metabolism, which makes it harder to lose weight -- and easier to gain it. Over time, this metabolism suppression may result in 20-30 pounds of excess weight that your body cannot get rid of. Coconut oil, on the other hand, helps to increase thyroid function and boost your metabolism -- 2 important components to shedding unwanted pounds.

Coconut Cream - The best skin treatment product one can use to achieve flawless skin may quite possibly be coconut cream. Unlike traditional skin creams which can actually introduce fats and oils to the skin that will break it down over time, making it look older, creams derived from the coconut can actually replenish the skin, giving it a more youthful and healthy glow than most other skin care products on the market.

When it comes to buying coconut products, coconuts are not all created equal. Wild coconuts are always best, but can be hard to obtain if you don't live in a tropical country. Whether you are using this wonder food to boost your immune system; increase your metabolism or fight wrinkles, using products from young coconuts will help you reap the most benefit.

Young coconuts contain the purest unsaturated fat, compared to the fat found in the more mature varieties. This is why they offer the most rejuvenation properties for the body's tissues. But how can you tell how old a coconut is? Young coconuts are usually green in color and oddly shaped. The brown hairy ones are mature coconuts, and while they offer a lot of healthy benefits, they aren't nearly as good for you as younger varieties.

The best place to find young fresh coconuts is, of course, in the markets of the tropics, so be sure to seek them out if you travel to those areas. Coconut-producing regions export coconuts all over the world, however, so it's relatively easy to find coconuts at your local health food store or Asian grocer.

Quiet minds

When troubles come your way,
And life seems all uphill,
Find a quiet corner,
Take a rest, and just be still.

The future may look bleak;
You can see no end in sight;
God will find you in that corner
And help you put things right.

Quiet minds can hear more clearly
The voice that speaks within,
So heed His words of wisdom,
Then the healing will begin.

You'll find your mind is calmer;
Your tensions start to ease:
God has taken all your worries
And filled your heart with peace.

Be Good to Yourself

You know what you want and need.

Put yourself first.
You can't be anything for anybody else
unless you take care of yourself.

Let your feelings be known.
They are important.

Express your opinions.
It's good to hear yourself talk.

Value your thinking.
You do it well.

Take the time and space you need.
Even if other people are wanting something from you.

When you need something, don't talk yourself out of it.
Even if you can't have it, it's ok to need.

When you are scared, let someone know.
Isolating yourself when you're scared makes it worse.

When you feel like running away,
let yourself feel the scare.
Think about what you fear will happen
and decide what you need to do.

When you're angry, let yourself feel the anger.
Decide what you want to do.
Just feel it, express it, or take some action.

When you're sad, think about what would be comforting.
When you're hurt, tell the person who hurt you.
Keeping it inside makes it grow.

When you have work to do and you don't want to do it,
Decide what really needs to be done and what can wait.

When you want something from someone else, ask.
You'll be okay if they say no.
Asking is being true to yourself.

When you need help, ask.
Trust people to say no if they don't want to give.
When people turn you down,
It usually has to do with them, and not with you.
Ask someone else for what you need.

When you feel alone, know there are people
who want to be with you.
Fantasize what it would be like to be with each of them.
Decide if you want to make that happen.

When you feel anxious, let yourself know that in your head.
You've moved into the future to something scary
And your body has gotten up the energy for it.

Come back to the present.

When you want to say something loving to someone,
go ahead.
Expressing your feeling is not a commitment.

When someone yells at you, physically support yourself
By relaxing into your chair or putting your feet firmly on the floor.
Remember to breathe.
Think about the message they are trying to get across to you.

When you're harassing yourself, stop.
You do it when you need something.
Figure out what you need and get it.

When everything seems wrong,
You are overwhelmed and need some comforting.
Ask for it.
Afterwards, you can think about what you need to do.

When you want to talk to someone new and are scared,
breathe.
Don't start rehearsing, just plunge in.
If it doesn't go well, you can stop.

If you're doing something you don't like to do,
(such as smoking or overeating), Stop.
Think about what you really want.

If you're stuck and can't think clearly,
talk out loud to someone.

When you can't think straight,
Stop thinking. Feel.

When you're in need of love, reach out.
There are people who love you.

When you're confused, it's usually because you think you should
Do one thing and you want to do another.
Dialogue with yourself or present both sides to a friend.

When you feel harried, slow down.
Deliberately slow your breathing, your speech, and your movements.

When you have tears, cry.
When you feel like crying and it's not a safe place to cry,
Acknowledge your pain and promise yourself a good cry later.
Keep your promise.

When everything seems gray, look for color.

If one of these rules seems wrong for you, talk about it with someone.
Then, rewrite it so it fits you.
Remember, Be Good To Yourself!

Open Heart

The heart is like a flower-----
unless it is open it cannot release its fragrance into the world.
The fragrance of the heart is made up of the qualities and virtues of our spirit.
Most of us have learned how to keep our heart closed in a world that
would trample all over us if we let it.

Being open hearted today seems to require tremendous courage.
It is a courage which comes only when we realize that no one can hurt us,
no matter what they say or do.

They may hurt our body, but if we have realized we are spirit,
nothing outside can touch us, if we so decide. Little by little,
practice opening your heart to those you think have hurt you.

Realize it wasn't them that hurt you, it was yourself.
And it taught you not to trust and you closed your heart.
A closed heart is in need of opening. And when you do,
you will have begun to heal yourself.

Life is a New Beginning

Everything you've ever accomplished has been done
using just a small fraction of your capabilities.
What if you could make use of just a little bit more?

All that you've experienced has come from just a tiny corner in the universe
of your possibilities.
Imagine growing your awareness, your thinking and your actions beyond that corner.
If something seems impossible, that's because you're looking at it from a limited perspective.
Consider that there is so very much more to life than what you have thus far encountered.

What you have and what you know are extremely valuable.
Yet there also is infinitely more value to be found by exploring
the possibilities that exist beyond where you already are.

No matter how many sunrises you've experienced so far,
the next one brings with it a whole new world.
No matter how far you've already come, this moment now is a new beginning.

Life is constantly reinventing itself while at the same time holding true to
timeless values.
Allow the very best possibilities to take you ever higher.

This New Day

This is the day that is. This is the day you now have.
There's nothing to be gained by wishing for what might have been today.
There's no value to be had in harboring resentment for whatever brought you to this point.

What matters now is that you fill this day with the best that you have.
What matters now is that you make full and positive use of the day that is.

This day has the very real potential of being a turning point in your life. Years from now,
you could be looking back on this day with an overflowing sense of satisfaction and gratitude.

What can you do, right now, that would cause that to happen?
What value can you put into this day that will grow ever more
 precious as time goes on?

This day is the time and the place for you to carry your life forward.
So where do you choose to go?

Stop Stopping Yourself

Stop stopping yourself. Stop holding yourself back.

Yes, the world throws all sorts of difficult challenges your
Way. And you can find a way to transcend every one of them.

Yet you must choose to do so. You must make the commitment,
Deep within yourself, to live with richness and purpose and
Fulfillment.

Many events, people and situations will challenge you and
Impede your progress. However, the only limitations that can
Stop you completely are the limitations you place on
Yourself.

See that the doubts and limiting beliefs are of no use to
You. Choose to simply and effortlessly let them go, just
Like that.

Your dreams are calling to you right now, calling for you to
Begin living them in this very moment. Stop holding yourself
Back, and let yourself be all you know you can be.

Not Knowing

Nothing is exciting if you know what the outcome is going to be.
You keep wanting to know how things will play out,
keep asking to see the future.
God doesn't give anyone the power to know the future,
because life becomes maddeningly boring when
you know everything upfront.

So, instead of struggling, enjoy the uncertainty -
to be alive means to not know.

No Going Back In Life

In life there is no going back.
The road lies straight ahead.

You cant return along the track
to see out what has past.

You cant undo your past mistakes;
even wishing to do so is in vain.

But in between all this; Dont forget
that you can always try  again..

I always feel happy, You know why?

I always feel happy, You know why?
Because I don't expect anything from anyone,
Expectations always hurt..
Life is short.. So love your life.. Be happy..
And Keep smiling.. Just Live for yourself and
Before you speak Listen
Before you write Think
Before you spend Earn
Before you pray Forgive
Before you hurt Feel
Before you hate Love
Before you quit Try
Before you die Live

Makes Difference from all

One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a figure in the distance. As he got closer, he realized the figure was that of a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean.

Approaching the boy, he asked, "What are you doing?"
The youth replied, "Throwing starfish into the ocean. The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die."
"Son," the man said, don't you realize there are miles and miles of beach and thousands of starfish? You can't possibly make a difference!"
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it into the surf.
Then, smiling at the man, he said, "I made a difference for that one."

The Easiest thing to do

The easiest thing to do when the alarm clock rings would be to roll over  and go back to sleep.
Yet if you made that choice every day you would never get anything accomplished.

The easiest thing to do when troubles come your way would be to look for someone else to blame.
Yet even if you find who is to blame, that's not going to remedy the situation.
The easiest thing to do when faced with a challenge would be to run away and hide.
Yet when you do that, the challenge becomes even more difficult the next time
you encounter it, and eventually you'll be unable to avoid it.

Taking the easy way out is never really easy, not in the long run.
Rather than seeking the easiest choice, seek the choice that will fill your life
and your world with the most value.

Rather than avoiding effort, welcome that effort and the progress it will bring.
Instead of being enticed by the empty promises of an easy answer,
enjoy the rich rewards of holding out for the best answer.
When you have the choice, forget what is easiest and go with what is truly best.

Power in Peace

To be peaceful, be thankful for all that is. Peace comes when
There is no fighting, and being thankful eliminates what you
Would fight against.

In a state of peace, you can focus all of your energy on
Being effective and creative. When you are at peace, you
Have great power to put toward the service of your highest
Purpose.

Peace enables you to fully accept and make use of the
Limitless abundance that surrounds you. Peace saves you from
All the wasted time and effort of resentment, judgment,
Worry and doubt.

What has arrived in your world is already here, and you are
Here to fully experience it. See if you can be genuinely and
Unreservedly thankful, for that thankfulness draws you into
The powerful state of peacefulness.

Yes, some of what comes your way is uncomfortable,
Inconvenient and even painful. Be thankful nonetheless, and
Ease the burden of your burdens.

Be thankful, and truly at peace, with what is. And you put
Yourself in control of what can be.

If You're Tired, You are Probably Lacking This

With all the different types of water out there and all the hype that goes with each, it can be very easy to get confused about which types of water are really best for your health. And, if you find yourself struggling with the environmental concerns of bottled water versus the dangerous chemicals in tap water, I understand.

That's why I created this page to help clear up some confusion and help you take control of your health.

Symptoms of Dehydration

Since most of you are no longer tuned in to your bodies the way your ancestors were hundreds of years ago, you may be overlooking your body's many cries for water.

There is a silent and growing epidemic of chronic dehydration. So many suffer from it yet are simply unaware of the symptoms.

Are you one of them? The major symptoms of dehydration are thirst, dry skin, dark colored urine and fatigue but take a look at some commonly overlooked symptoms of chronic dehydration. They  are:

    * Digestive disturbances such as heartburn and constipation
    * Urinary tract infections
    * Autoimmune disease such as chronic fatigue syndrome and multiple sclerosis
    * Premature aging
    * High cholesterol
    * Weight gain

Types of Water – How Your Choice Makes the Difference

When it comes to water, there's more to choose from than simply tap versus bottled. Let's closely examine each so you can make informed decisions about your water and your health.
Tap Water – Danger in Every Glass

Plain old tap water: It's easy. It's convenient and it comes right out of your kitchen faucet. However, as I'm sure you've heard, most tap water is contaminated with a host of pollutants that increase your risk of serious health problems. Let's take a look at some of these contaminants and how they can adversely affect your health and that of your family.

Arsenic

As I've been stating in my articles about water since 2001, the level of arsenic in US tap water is incredibly high. This poisonous element is a powerful carcinogenic, which has been linked to an increased risk of the development of several types of cancer. In 2001 the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) lowered the maximum level of arsenic permitted in drinking water from 50 ug/L to 10 ug/L due to the established cancer risk.

The Natural Resources Defense Council estimates as many as 56 million Americans living in 25 states drink water with arsenic at unsafe levels. For more information, see the USGS website, which offers maps showing where and to what extent arsenic occurs in ground water across the United States.

Aluminum

You may have heard how aluminum increases your risk for Alzheimer's disease, but did you also know that the aluminum found in your municipal water supply can cause a wide variety of other health problems?

Aluminum has been linked to:

    * Hyperactvity
    * Learning disabilities in children
    * Gastrointestinal disease
    * Skin problems
    * Parkinson's disease
    * Liver disease

Fluoride

If you still believe fluoride in your drinking water prevents cavities and helps build strong teeth, you've fallen for a cleverly devised mass-deception.. As this recent study done on children in India shows, fluoride is anything but a cavity fighter. fluoride is a well-known toxin that actually leads to an increased risk of cavities and can cause a wide range of health problems, including weakening your immune system and accelerating aging due to cellular damage.

Prescription and OTC Drugs

You may have been told that if you dispose of your unwanted or expired prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs in the trash instead of the toilet that you do not run any risk of it ending up in the water supply. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

As I mentioned in this previous article, water that drains through landfills, known as leach rate, eventually ends up in rivers. Although not all states source drinking water from rivers, many do.

According to studies, human cells do not grow normally when exposed to even minute amounts of prescription or over-the-counter drugs. Some drugs that were never meant to be combined are mixed together in the drinking water you consume every day. Millions of people have drug allergies. Are you among them? If so, how do you know the strange symptoms you've been experiencing are not due to ingesting small doses of the drugs you're allergic to from your water?

Pregnant women should be especially wary. The toxic substances you take into your body from tap water will have a negative effect on the development of your unborn child.

Disinfection Byproducts (DBPs)

Most tap community water supplies are treated with chlorine and although it may not be the healthiest element you can consume, it is far better for you than what is left behind. In my video, "Tap Water Toxins – is Your Water Trying to Kill You?", I interview water filtration pioneer Robert Slovak about the dangers of disinfection byproducts.

Disinfection byproducts are the result of disinfecting water with chlorine. It is important to note that while consuming chlorine is certainly not healthy, DBPs are TEN THOUSAND TIMES more dangerous!

In addition to being a powerful carcinogenic, DPBs have also been linked to liver, kidney and nervous system problems.
So, Bottled Water is the Way to Go, Right?

If you're thinking you're safe from all of the harmful contaminants I listed above because you drink bottled water instead of tap water, I'm afraid I must be the bearer of some bad news:

40 percent of bottled water is bottled TAP WATER!

Yes, you read correctly. As I stated in my article about the deceptions of bottled water, 40 percent of bottled water is just bottled tap water, which may or may not have received additional filtration. Remember the arsenic and DPBs you were trying to avoid from tap water? Well, an independent test done by the Environmental Working Group found these and 36 other harmful pollutants hidden in bottled water.

Also, drinking from plastic bottles is not a good idea. Plastic bottles contain a chemical called bisphenol A or BPA, which is a synthetic hormone disruptor that has been linked to serious health problems such as:

    * Learning and behavioral problems
    * Altered immune system function
    * Prostate and breast cancer
    * Risk of obesity
    * Early puberty in both genders

Aside from the health risks, the devastating impact bottled water has had on our ecosystem is staggering!
Distilled Water – Use with Caution

Some health conscious people have been misled into believing that distilled water is healthy for them. As I've stated before, this is simply not true.

The problem with distilled water is that it is boiled and evaporated away from its dissolved minerals. The water then becomes acidic and seeks to balance itself by drawing minerals right out of your body. It will also draw out contaminants from the container it's stored in for this same reason.

What's worse, any contaminant in the water that vaporizes at a lower temperature than the water, such as volatile organic compounds, like disinfection byproducts that are thousands of times as toxic as chlorine, will be condensed and actually concentrated in the finished distilled water. So what you end up with is water that contains even more dangerous contaminants than what you started with!

I only recommend using distilled water for a short period of time and only for the purpose of detoxification, as this water can help pull toxins from your body. Drinking it long-term, however, will most likely invite health problems.
Alkaline Water

In my interview with water filtration expert, Houston Tomasz, I asked for his thoughts on the growing use of alkaline water. There are several potential problems with alkaline water.

First of all, most water ionizers and alkalizers are marketed by multi-level marketing (MLM) companies with questionable ethics

Some people experience an initial "high" when they start drinking alkaline water. This can easily be attributed to detoxification, and the fact that they are likely just becoming better hydrated.

Detoxification is about the only benefit of alkaline water, and this benefit is limited to very SHORT TERM USE (no more than a week or two). An additional concern is that many individuals have stomach dysfunctions like GERD or ulcers that are largely related to having too little stomach acid. Long-term use of alkaline or ionized water can interfere with your body's natural digestive process by reducing the acid needed to properly break down and absorb food. This could then lead to an upset of your body's good bacteria, which can then open the door to parasitic infection, ulcers and malabsorption.

For more information, please review my special report on this topic.
"Vitamin" Waters – Do NOT Be Fooled!

If you've recently switched from soda to vitamin water because you believed it to be a healthier choice, you may be disappointed by what I have to say about them: Vitamin waters are nothing more than a clever marketing scheme designed to promote a product that is just as unhealthy as soda!

Vitamin waters often contain dangerous high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), artificial colors, additives, preservatives and caffeine. What's even worse is these manufacturers use distilled water to make their products, which, as you've read above, is one of the worst types of water you can put into your body!

Now that you know which types of water to avoid, let's take a look at the water you should be drinking for optimal health!
Filtered Tap Water – Getting to the Gold

The most economical and environmentally sound choice you and your family can make is to purchase and install a water filter for your home. I recommend three different types of water filters and weigh the pros and cons of each. Let's take a brief look below.

Reverse Osmosis Filter

In addition to removing chlorine, inorganic, and organic contaminants in your water, an RO filter will also remove about 80 percent of the fluoride and most DPBs. The major drawback is the expense of installing an RO filter as most need a plumber to get up and running.

Ion Exchange Filter

Ion exchange is designed to remove dissolved salts in the water, such as calcium. This system actually softens the water or exchanges natural-forming mineral ions in the water with its own ions, thereby neutralizing their harmful effect of creating scale build-up.

The ion exchange system was originally used in boilers and other industrial situations before becoming popular in home purifying units, which usually combine the system with carbon for greater effectiveness.

Granular Carbon and Carbon Block Filters

These are the most common types of counter top and under counter water filters.

Granular carbon filters and carbon block systems perform the same process of contaminant removal, adsorption, which is the chemical or physical bond of a contaminant to the surface of the filter media.

Granular activated carbon is recognized by the EPA as the best available technology for the removal of organic chemicals like herbicides, pesticides and industrial chemicals. However, one of the downfalls of granular carbon filters is that the loose material inside can channel--the water creates pathways through the carbon material, escaping filtering.

Carbon block filters offer the same superior filtering ability but are compressed with the carbon medium in a solid form. This eliminates channeling and gives the ability to precisely combine multiple media in a sub-micron filter cartridge. By combining different media, the ability to selectively remove a wide range of contaminants can be achieved.

Ideally, you want a filtration system that offers a variety of methods to remove different contaminants. Most systems do not address a combination of organic, inorganic, cyst, sediment and metals.

I'm pleased to announce that I have located a family of filters that I believe are the best filters on the market in terms of effectiveness, value, and ease of use. They are all manufactured in the U.S. under exclusive contract with a company specializing in advanced water treatment products, and will include both countertop and under-counter filters.
Living Water – Keeping the Balance

In choosing the right type of water for you and your family, you want to aim for pH balance. Distilled water is too acidic and alkaline water is too alkaline. The ideal pH of your water should be between 6.5 to 7.5, which is neutral.

Mountain spring water is in this ideal range. It is some of the healthiest water on the planet because it is "living water". Living water, like "living food is in its raw, natural state the way nature intended.

One of the main reasons I am such an advocate for eating raw, organic vegetables is because these "living foods" contain biophotons, small units of light stored by all organic organisms, including you.

Gravity-fed spring water is alive in much the same way. When you take this vital energy into your body, you are re-charging it with health and encouraging it to return to a whole and balanced state.

Now, when I mention mountain spring water, I don't mean the two-gallon jugs you see sitting on your grocery store shelf. I'm talking about water you bottle yourself from a gravity-fed spring. There's a great website called FindaSpring.com where you can find a natural spring in your area. This is a great way to get back to nature and teach your children about health and the sources of clean water.

The best part is that most of these spring water sources are free!

It is important to bring either clear polyethylene or glass containers on your trip to collect the water so no unsafe chemicals can contaminate your pure drinking water on the way home. If you choose to use glass bottles, be sure to wrap them in towels to keep them from breaking in the car.
How Much Water Should You Drink?

So, how much pure filtered or spring water should you drink per day? Six glasses? Eight?

Well, here's a good rule of thumb:

You should be drinking enough water to turn your urine a light-colored yellow.

If you are outside on a hot day or engaging in strenuous activity, it is advisable to increase your water intake as needed. It is also important to note that as you age, your thirst mechanism works less efficiently. Older adults need to pay more attention to the color of their urine to see if their water intake is adequate.
Coconut Water and Vegetable Juicing – Adding a Little Variety

As I mentioned in a previous article, coconuts are an excellent source of fresh, pure water and electrolytes. Coconuts are also rich in lauric acid, which is known for its immune-boosting as well as its antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties so it's an ideal choice when you're sick.

An even better pure healthy water is vegetable juicing. I recommend buying pesticide-free, organic vegetables for optimal nutritional benefit.
Health Benefits of Drinking Pure Water

I can't say enough about the health benefits of drinking pure water. Here are only a few of the many health benefits you and your family will enjoy once you make the switch to pure water, it will help you:

The Red Rose and the Cactus

One beautiful spring day a red rose blossomed in a forest. Many kinds of trees and plants grew there. As the rose looked around, a pine tree nearby said, What a beautiful flower. I wish I was that lovely. Another tree said, Dear pine, do not be sad, we can not have everything.

The rose turned its head and remarked, It seems that I am the most beautiful plant in this forest. A sunflower raised its yellow head and asked, Why do you say that In this forest there are many beautiful plants. You are just one of them. The red rose replied, I see everyone looking at me and admiring me. Then the rose looked at a cactus and said, Look at that ugly plant full of thorns! The pine tree said, Red rose, what kind of talk is this Who can say what beauty is You have thorns too.

The proud red rose looked angrily at the pine and said, I thought you had good taste! You do not know what beauty is at all. You can not compare my thorns to that of the cactus.

What a proud flower, thought the trees. The rose tried to move its roots away from the cactus, but it could not move. As the days passed, the red rose would look at the cactus and say insulting things, like This plant is useless How sorry I am to be his neighbor.

The cactus never got upset and he even tried to advise the rose, saying, We weren't created without a purpose. Spring passed, and the weather became very warm. Life became difficult in the forest, as the plants and animals needed water and no rain fell. The red rose began to wilt. One day the rose saw sparrows stick their beaks into the cactus and then fly away, refreshed. This was puzzling, and the red rose asked the pine tree what the birds were doing. The pine tree explained that the birds got water from the cactus. Does it not hurt when they make holes asked the rose.

Yes, but the cactus does not like to see any birds suffer, replied the pine. The rose opened its eyes in wonder and said, The cactus has water Yes you can also drink from it. The sparrow can bring water to you if you ask the cactus for help.

The red rose felt too ashamed of its past words and behavior to ask for water from the cactus, but then it finally did ask the cactus for help. The cactus kindly agreed and the birds filled their beaks with water and watered the rose's roots. Thus the rose learned a lesson and never judged anyone by their appearance again.

Moral of the story :

We too should learn a lesson that we should never be too proud of what we do, and never carry high egos especially in work place, what one has knowledge the other would not be familiar on that but we should always be willing to learn rather than carry our egos.

10 foods all men should eat

1) Blueberries
Blueberries are another fruit that have been linked to a reduced risk of prostate cancer,
thanks to their high levels of proanthocyanidins. However, blueberries' positive benefits for men
don't stop there, as studies have also suggested that blueberries may be effective in reducing
risk of heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes and age-related memory loss; a condition more
 prevalent in men than women.

Whole grains are great for our health thanks to their high levels of vitamins, minerals and fibre.
Most whole grains, including brown rice and oats, are particularly rich in B vitamins,
which are good for general wellbeing and can also help alleviate depression.
Individual B vitamins can also benefit male health in various ways.
Studies have suggested that folate (vitamin B9) can keep sperm healthy, while biotin (B7)
may help hair loss. Silica, also present in whole grains, could also help with healthy hair growth.

Snacking on nuts is great for heart health and good skin. However, Brazil nuts are
particularly beneficial for men as they are packed with selenium; a powerful antioxidant
which studies have suggested can boost sperm health and motility. Furthermore,
selenium is also great for lowering "bad" cholesterol levels, preventing blood clots
and lifting your mood.

Broccoli - along with other cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and sprouts - contains a strong
cancer-fighting chemical, sulphoraphane, which research has suggested may reduce men's risk of
developing bladder cancer (a cancer more commonly affecting women than men),
prostate cancer and colorectal cancer.

Oysters are the highest natural source of zinc; an essential requirement for men's fertility and sexual health.
Zinc not only helps to maintain healthy testosterone levels in men, but it is essential for healthy sperm production.
On top of this, zinc deficiency may be responsible for hair loss in men, so an increased intake may
benefit men's appearance as well as health.

Tomatoes are possibly one of the best "superfoods" around, and the popular fruit has
particular benefits for men.
Studies have suggested that the lycopene found in tomatoes may reduce risk of colorectal cancer,
lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease; the leading cause of death in men.
Research has also shown that men who frequently eat foods rich in lycopene may drastically
reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer.

For men suffering from hair loss, eggs may also provide the perfect solution.
Eggs are an excellent source of protein, which is essential for hair growth,
as well as being rich in biotin (vitamin B7). Egg yolks are also a good source of iron,
which some studies have suggested can alleviate hair loss, which can be caused by anaemia.

Pomegranates are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and research has suggested that
drinking the juice of this "superfood" can help lower cholesterol - which can be high in many men
as young as their 20s - and prevent hypertension. A study has also found that drinking just one
8oz glass of pomegranate juice a day could dramatically slow down the progress of prostate cancer.

Garlic is well known for boosting heart health, and a study on the effects of garlic consumption on males
has shown that regularly eating garlic could help lower men's cholesterol levels. Furthermore,
research findings published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute have suggested that
regularly eating garlic and onions could help lower men's risk of developing prostate cancer.

Salmon is not only a great source of protein, but it is an excellent source of omega-3
fatty acids, which can help address many of men's most common health complaints.
Omega-3 fatty acids have been linked to lowered levels of "bad" cholesterol and
can also reduce risk of many illnesses, including heart disease,
colorectal cancer, prostate cancer and depression.

Forward this joke to your friends!

There was a farmer who grew watermelons. He was doing pretty well, but he was disturbed by some local kids who would sneak into his watermelon patch at night and eat his watermelons.

After some careful thought, he came up with a clever idea that he thought would scare the kids away for sure.
He made up a sign and posted it in the field. The next night, the kids showed up and they saw the sign which read, "Warning! One of the watermelons in this field has been injected with cyanide."

The kids ran off, made up their own sign and posted it next to the farmer's sign. When the farmer returned, he surveyed the field. He noticed that no watermelons were missing, but the sign next to his read, "Now there are two!"

Forward this joke to your friends!
