Job Description ( IT RECRUITER)

• Person needs to follow full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV, screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
• Proactive resume sourcing/pipelining
• Should have experience in using various Recruiting Techniques/Process Models
• Should have excellent sourcing skills, mainly head hunting, networking, referrals, social websites etc.
• Should have his/her own database, should not completely depend on job portals.
• Head hunt for niche positions.
• Good experience in various tax terms – Full time, Corp2Corp, 1099 and W2.
• Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins
• Person need to source candidates through searches and job postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.
• Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals.
• Thorough understating of all technologies.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Maintaining Database on Daily basis
• Coordinating with the US team on Day to Day basis.
• Team player with strong work ethics
• Willing to work only in night shifts.
