Role and Responsibility of Front Office Executive

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities is key.
• Coordinating with other departments
• Take initiative in executive’s absence related to calendar schedules, signature approvals as well as telephone calls and email messages
• Experience on air ticket booking
• Fixing appointment with clients/customers.
