I was so motivated towards my manager. She is very dedicated to her work. She is very active, challenging, smart worker, excellent communicator, & a positive thinker.

She makes people feel they have become more - more effective, more creative, & more productive - in the presence of a team builder.

Because of her employees are motivated to work hard for the success of the business. She motivates a person who is in an emotional or financial slump

 

She is always approachable & she always recruits people that are happy on other jobs, but also they are ready for change.

She is a person who manages to plan the schedule & divide time equally between tasks can be an asset for the organization.She is Manager of Managers.
