 Bridge Courses for school are primary courses that are designed to engage student towards learning all across the globe. They are connecting courses that connect a student’s previous course and with the course student wants to join so that he/she does not have to begin from the start of the course. Bridge course can be considered as supplementary knowledge that strengthens the knowledge in student about the advanced subjects that will be taught to student in the upcoming future. 

It helps to over come the barriers between the known concept with the unknown concept. During Bridge Course both student and teachers get enough time for better learning and delivering the concept. For Example: There is a poem "Summer" the teacher can explain concepts related to summer like seasons, weather, climate, temperature so on. this helps the child to recall his previous knowledge and connect to new concept. 

Bridge Course help students to recall, revise, recap what they have already learnt and relates to new information to prior knowledge enhances learning. It is an effective program to revise old lessons. It enhances the memory of learners there by strengthening learning. 

Bridge course is a platform for learners where previous concepts will be revised to enhance new syllabus which is inter related. During Bridge course, important topics and basic concepts of the previous classes will be revised to prepare the students for the new syllabus, "A Bridge Course is a capsule form of subjects the students learnt in the previous academic year."

Bridge course helps students to understand the need and scope of change in learning patterns from current level to meet the expectations of the next level. The purpose of Bridge course is to revise the basic concepts which the students might have forgotten. So that when the school reopens they can comfortably follow the next higher grade syllabus.

The pandemic has resulted in significant learning losses, particularly in Maths. Our Bridge Course program will help students close conceptual gaps and prepare them for the next academic year. Bridge course helps students to open up, think creatively and become responsible and independent students.

Importance of Bridge course

The pandemic has disrupted the education cycle of students, especially lower primary.  Every class is an important milestone in the academic journey of students. The Bridge Course will equip students with the prerequisite skills and fundamentals required to prepare for the academic year.

The Bridge course is designed to provide a thorough recap of core concepts from previous grades with ample practice through a simple, easy-to-execute curriculum that includes videos, worksheets, quizzes and group activities. Bridge course helps teachers to know about the students intellectual, student's learning ability.

Bridge courses are classes that give you information from a basic course, to prepare student for a more advanced course, thus bridging between the basic and advanced courses.
